Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 business days of customers receiving their shipment, and specimens must arrive to us in the same condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us with your order number to initiate returns.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and it may take some time to be reflected in your account.

 

Damages and Issues

Please note that we often offer damaged specimens that are sold as is at a discounted price. Many customers are interested in purchasing these damaged specimens because they are easily repairable with glue. Please read though listings carefully to understand the condition of specimens that are being offered.

We also try at all costs to package orders for safe and secure transit, however accidents sometimes occur. If your specimens arrive damaged and the listing stated it was being sold without damage, please contact within 24 hours of shipment delivery and include photo proof.
