Damages and Issues

We make every effort to package orders for safe and secure transit, however accidents sometimes occur. If your specimens arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of shipment delivery and include your order number and photos depicting the damage. If necessary, we may provide a free return shipping label and further instructions at that time.
